All wholesale customers are required to have a valid EIN/Federal Tax ID Number and resale tax certificate. You must have an actual business and be selling for retail purposes. We do not have a minimum order quantity though.

We offer 8 different pricing options based on the total order value. Reach out to one of our reps for more information.

Shipping on average takes 2-4 business days once it has left our facility. We are located in the middle of the US, so we can land on either coast in a few days. Wholesale orders are charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping on orders under $500. Orders over $500 receive free standard shipping. Contact a sales representative for expedited shipping cost.

While working with a representative is not required, it is the best way to stay up to date on all sales, and get the best customer service. We offer a lot of education through our reps to make sure you are as successful as possible.

Once the shop you referred fills out a wholesale application, and has placed their first order through us, you will receive either 25% off or up to $250 in credit (whichever is the most value) toward your next order*. *(referral credit can only be applied to the next order)

Our primary payment option is to accept payment directly on the invoice. We do not keep card information anywhere at Pinnacle Distribution. We also accept ACH, COD* & wire transfers, ask your rep about how to set up these other payment methods. 

*All COD payments need to be made out to ‘Pinnacle Distribution’

All of our marketing items are available at mediakit.pinnaclehemp.com. We send out infographic flyers with each order and offer various in store promotional items that are sent out based on order values. If you have any special requests, feel free to contact us or your rep because we have an amazing design team.

We do not offer returns unless damaged in shipping or defective when received.

 We will exchange out products with our 60 Day Swap – All unsold products from within 60 days are allowed to be sent back for 100% credit. 

Defective or Damaged – With damaged or defective products you will have to contact your rep for a shipping label. 

In all cases you will receive credit once your returned products have been received and accounted for by our shipping department. Any questions not listed above, please contact your representative who will be more than happy to assist you.
