Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (2–5 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • Free Shipping on orders over $500 (U.S. only)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and weather conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship internationally at this time. Additionally, certain products may not be available in all states—please check your local laws before ordering.


Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at contact@pinnacledistro.com or call 833-436-7283

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

We are happy to help correct any shipping issues on a case-by-case basis.


Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. Once the order is processed, we are unable to make changes.
