Federal Hemp Compliance
Pinnacle Distribution distributes hemp-derived products in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable federal guidelines.
All THCA wholesale flower and bulk hemp products are derived from federally compliant hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis.
We maintain documentation verifying compliance for all distributed products.


Third-Party Lab Testing
Every product distributed by Pinnacle Distribution undergoes third-party laboratory testing to verify:
• Cannabinoid profile
• Δ9-THC compliance
• Potency levels
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for each batch.
Handling & Storage Standards
Pinnacle Distribution implements controlled storage and inventory management procedures to preserve product integrity from receipt to shipment.
Our internal processes include:
• Batch tracking
• Lot documentation
• Secure storage
• Shipment verification
• Age verification protocols (where applicable)


Retailer Compliance Responsibility
Retail partners are responsible for ensuring compliance with:
