Pinnacle Distribution has established this Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy to protect brand value, ensure fair competition among retail partners, and maintain pricing integrity across all sales channels.

This policy applies to all authorized retailers and distributors purchasing products from Pinnacle Distribution, including but not limited to THCA wholesale flower, bulk hemp flower, bulk kratom, and bulk nicotine products.

This MAP Policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to:

• Online stores
• Marketplace listings
• Social media promotions
• Email marketing
• Printed advertisements
• SMS marketing
• Digital ads

This policy applies to advertised pricing only and does not regulate the final selling price.

1. Retailers may not advertise Pinnacle Distribution products below the designated MAP price established in the current wholesale line sheet or pricing document.

2. MAP pricing applies to advertised base price and any promotional pricing that lowers the advertised price below MAP.

3. The following practices are considered violations:

• • Advertising below MAP
  • Coupon codes that reduce price below MAP
  • “Add to cart for lower price” strategies
  • Strike-through pricing below MAP
  • Bundled pricing intended to circumvent MAP

4. MAP pricing does not apply to:

• • In-store pricing not publicly advertised
  • Direct customer negotiations
  • Final checkout pricing not displayed publicly prior to cart

Pinnacle Distribution reserves the right to monitor advertised pricing across all sales channels.

Violations will result in the following actions:

First Violation:
Written notice and 48-hour correction window.

Second Violation:
Temporary suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges.

Third Violation:
Termination of wholesale account.

Pinnacle Distribution reserves the right to modify enforcement actions at its discretion.

Pinnacle Distribution reserves the right to amend or discontinue this MAP Policy at any time without prior notice.
