Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy Overview

Pinnacle Distribution supplies wholesale products exclusively to approved business partners. Due to the nature of hemp-derived and regulated products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Return Circumstances

Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Product received does not match invoice
• Verified manufacturing defect
• Incorrect item shipped

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Failure to notify within this window may result in denial of claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened bulk hemp flower
• Opened THCA wholesale flower
• Opened bulk kratom
• Opened nicotine products
• White label or custom-branded products
• Clearance, overstock, or discounted inventory
• Products returned without prior authorization

Due to compliance, contamination, and resale restrictions, opened or tampered products cannot be accepted.

Damaged Shipment Claims

If product arrives damaged:

1. Retain all packaging materials.

2. Photograph exterior box and interior contents.

3. Submit claim to contact@pinnacledistro.com within 48 hours.

4. Provide order number and documentation.

Pinnacle Distribution reserves the right to require return shipment prior to issuing replacement or credit.

Shipping carrier claims may be initiated when applicable.

Return Authorization Required

All approved returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the retailer’s expense.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of invoice value.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise approved in writing.

Refunds & Credits

Approved returns will be issued in the form of:

• Account credit
           OR
• Replacement product

Refunds to original payment method are issued at the sole discretion of Pinnacle Distribution.

Net-30 accounts will receive invoice adjustments where applicable.

Compliance Restrictions

Due to regulatory considerations surrounding hemp-derived products, Pinnacle Distribution reserves the right to deny returns if product integrity, storage conditions, or compliance documentation cannot be verified.
