Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing

All wholesale orders are processed in the order received.

Standard processing time:

• 1–3 business days for in-stock inventory
• 3–5 business days for bulk or large-volume orders
• Custom and white label orders may require additional lead time

Processing times do not include transit time.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

Pinnacle Distribution ships via major U.S. carriers, including:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• Amazon

Carrier selection is determined based on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise arranged under negotiated freight terms.

Pinnacle Distribution currently ships within the United States only.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the retailer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Pinnacle Distribution is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Retailers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Retailers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Pinnacle Distribution is not responsible for:

• Delays due to incorrect address
• Returned shipments
• Additional shipping charges due to address errors

Reshipment fees may apply.

Age & Signature Requirements

Certain product categories may require adult signature upon delivery.

Retailers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable state and local age restrictions.

State Shipping Limitations

Pinnacle Distribution reserves the right to restrict or cancel shipments to states or jurisdictions where product legality is unclear, restricted, or prohibited.

Retailers are responsible for verifying resale legality within their jurisdiction.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside the control of Pinnacle Distribution.

If a shipment is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

• Retailer must contact the carrier directly
• A claim may be required
• Investigation timelines vary by carrier

Pinnacle Distribution will reasonably cooperate with carrier investigations when necessary.
